Your current parcel may be delayed. Some parcels delivered to the same state can have no scan activities for up to 6 or 7 days.
We received a notification from Australia Post that they will suspend merchant pickup for 4 days in order to give them time to clear parcels that piled up at their collection centre. It is a sign that the system is under immense pressure.
We may choose to use Courier Please in some cases when we believe it will lead to a delivery faster. Some orders will be upgraded to Express Post for free since Australia Post will continue to collect Express Post parcels.
