Satisfaction Guarantee Promise

We accept returns/exchanges for all items within 14 days of purchase.

In the event if you want to change your mind, simply send back the unwanted items and we will issue you a refund. Please note, the Satisfaction Guarantee Promis only applies when:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging in perfect condition;
  • You will cover your own return shipping cost;
  • The purchase value of the returned product will be refunded but not the original shipping costs if applicable.
  • All items must be returned within 14 days from receipt.

    Steps to take:

    • Email to info@mycookware.com.au;
    • Send your unwanted item back to Shop 23, 369 Victoria, Chatswood, NSW 2067 along with a copy of your invoice;
    • Once we receive the products, and upon inspection, we will organise a refund.

    Warranty and Repair

    In addition, all products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If a product becomes defective within 12 months, we will cover the cost of repairs or send out a replacement.

    If the model purchased is no longer available, we will exchange it for a replacement of similar value or issue a credit note.

    Our warranty does not cover mishandling by the user, e.g., accidental damage.

    Steps to take:

      • Email to info@mycookware.com.au;
      • We recommended that you keep the original packaging, i.e. boxes, as that will make it easier for us to dispatch a courier to pick up the defective item;
      • Once we receive the products, and upon inspection, we will organise a refund;
