How It Works

The container's effectiveness comes from the slatted tray (sunoko) at its base. This tray elevates the rice, allowing excess moisture to collect below during freezing. When reheating, steam circulates evenly from the bottom up, preventing sogginess and ensuring the rice is heated through uniformly.
