Lost Parcels:
If your parcel goes missing, inform us within two weeks from the expected delivery date. It becomes difficult to locate lost items after this period.
Sending a Gift?
Select the gift note option on the cart page to include a personal message. The recipient will receive a gift receipt without prices, which also serves for warranty claims.

- A flat rate of $9.90 applies for orders under $99.
