  • Fragile items are packed with protective materials and great care. Additionally, we cover shipping damage for all orders.
  • Though Express Post by Australia Post no longer guarantees next-day delivery, it remains the most reliable option.
  • Please understand that sometimes shipments may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, like bushfires or floods, depending on your location.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is lost, it must be reported within 2 weeks after the delivery date. Beyond this timeframe, tracing a lost parcel becomes challenging.

Sending a gift?

You will find a section for gift notes on the cart page. If you include a gift note, we will send a gift receipt (without prices) instead of a standard invoice to the shipping address. This gift receipt can be retained for warranty purposes.

  • Flat rate shipping of $9.90 for orders under $89.
  • Flat rate of $14.90 for Australia Post Express Post.

New Zealand

  • Flat rate shipping of $18.9.
