We prefer to ship all orders using Australia Post or Express Post. However, private couriers may perform better than Australia Post during lockdowns. Customers are given the choice between Australia Post and Courier Please at checkout.

  • Fragile items are packed with protective materials and great care. In addition, we cover shipping damage for all orders.
  • Delivery may be faster using Courier Please in case of lockdown.
  • Express Post by Australia Post is still the speediest and most reliable service.
  • Please understand all shipments in general may be delayed under the impacts of COVID-19.

Sending a gift?
There is a section for gift note at cart page. If you enter a gift note, we will send a gift receipt (without the price) instead of an invoice to the shipping address. The gift receipt can be kept for warranty purposes.

  • Flat rate shipping of $9.90 for orders under $69
  • Flat rate of $9.90 for Australia Post Express Post

New Zealand

  • Flat rate shipping of $12.9.

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within two business days of the order being placed.

Payment via credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay and ZipPay is instant. Please note that payment via Direct Debit can take anywhere from 4-6 business days to clear.
