Dispatch & Delivery

Fast Dispatch from Sydney

Your order ships directly from our Sydney warehouse. We work hard to dispatch every order within 1-2 business days, with daily parcel collections by our Australia Post team to get your order on its way to you sooner.

Key Delivery Information

  • ✍️ Signature Required: For your peace of mind, all parcels require a signature on delivery. If you'd prefer the driver leave it in a safe place, please add an "Authority to Leave" note in the Delivery Instructions at checkout.
  • 🎁 Sending a Gift?: Simply add your personal message on the cart page. We'll include a gift receipt without any prices, which can also be used for warranty claims.

Damaged or Lost in Transit?

We take full responsibility for getting your order to you safely. If anything goes wrong, simply notify us within two weeks of the expected delivery date, and we will sort it out for you.
