How to Use & Clean

To Use:

  1. Place your cut of meat on a cutting board.
  2. Press the tenderiser firmly down onto the meat, using the handle and thumb rest for a secure grip.
  3. Repeat across the entire surface of the meat.

To Clean:

  1. Push the pressing plate into the tool.
  2. While the plate is inserted, remove the grip and thumb rest.
  3. Separate all parts for easy and thorough cleaning. Ensure parts are completely dry before reassembling.

Care & Safety

  • The blades are extremely sharp. Handle with care during use and cleaning.
  • This tool is for tenderising meat only. Do not use for other purposes.
  • Wash and dry thoroughly after each use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
