This all-in-one tool is designed to gently wash away excess starch while allowing you to drain the water effortlessly.

How to Use

  1. Place rice in your bowl and add cold water.
  2. Use the whisk end to gently stir the rice 10-20 times.
  3. Use the top of the tool as a strainer to block the rice as you pour out the cloudy water.
  4. Repeat the wash-and-drain process 2 to 3 times. Over-washing can remove flavour.
