How to Use & Safety
- Always use the finger guard provided. The blades are extremely sharp.
- Place the mandoline on a stable, flat surface before use. The Professional model has a non-slip rubber stop for extra stability.
- Adjust the thickness before placing food on the slicer.
- Hand wash only. The blades are sharp, so clean with care. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
