About Benriner
In 1940, the founder, Uyuki Yamamoto, first invented an original radish slicer in Iwakuni City in Japan. Five years later, the company was established officially as “BENRINER” after the name of the product. The first BENRINER was made of wood and mainly purchased by hotels and restaurants. It is now available for home use.
