Key Features
- Designed for Deep Frying: The deep, rounded body is ideal for holding a generous amount of oil, ensuring food is cooked evenly and becomes perfectly crisp.
- Includes Draining Rack: Comes with a convenient semi-circular wire rack that rests on the pot's rim, allowing excess oil to drip back into the pot.
- Magma Plate Carbon Steel: Made from 98.8% high-purity iron, the unique magma plate surface provides excellent heat conduction and helps seasoning oil adhere for a naturally non-stick finish.
- Traditional, Non-Nitrided Steel: Crafted from pure carbon steel without a nitriding treatment, allowing it to season beautifully with traditional care.
- Induction Compatible: The stable, flat base ensures excellent performance on all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.
Seasoning & Care
As a traditional carbon steel pot, it requires seasoning to create its natural, non-stick surface. Because this pot is not nitrided, it requires prompt and thorough drying after every wash to prevent rust. This is a normal characteristic of pure carbon steel. - Pour oil into the pan to fill about 1/3 of its capacity and heat on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the oil to a suitable container and spread evenly inside the pan using oil basting set or paper towels.
- We suggest using an oil basting set and a charcoal oil filter pot to properly maintain your carbon steel cookware.

- Transfer leftovers to a separate container and do not use the frying pan or wok for storage.
- Wash the pan with warm water and a scrub sponge, but do not put it in the dishwasher.
