  • Induction-Ready Steel: Both saucepans are crafted from durable, quick-heating 18-0 stainless steel, making them compatible with all cooktops, including induction.

Care Instructions

  • These saucepans are designed for boiling, simmering, and making sauces. They are not recommended for stir-frying or deep-frying.
  • Hand wash is required. The pans and handle are not dishwasher safe.
  • Use low to medium heat. Do not use high heat or allow the pans to boil dry.
  • The detachable handle should not be left attached to the pan during cooking.
