River Light Kiwame Nitrided Carbon Steel Induction Steak pan - 28cm
River Light Kiwame Nitrided Carbon Steel Steak Pan - 28cm
Achieve a restaurant-quality sear with the River Light Kiwame Steak Pan. Its extra-thick 2mm carbon steel base provides exceptional heat retention, ensuring the pan stays searingly hot when steak is added. This prevents temperature drop and creates a deep, even crust.
The pan undergoes a special nitriding heat treatment, creating a hard, rust-resistant surface ready for seasoning. This professional-grade tool is available as a standalone pan or as a set with a matching stainless steel lid.
