Tsumami Zaiku Precision Tweezers – Stainless Steel (16cm / 20cm)

Specially developed for Tsumami Zaiku (traditional Japanese fabric folding), these precision tweezers are designed to grip even the most delicate chirimen (crepe) fabrics with ease. Unlike standard tweezers, they feature a finely tapered tip that allows for intricate manipulation of small fabric squares, making them an essential tool for creating detailed floral accessories.

The tips are serrated (ridged) to provide a secure non-slip grip, ensuring that slippery fabrics or small garnishes do not slide out while you work. Made from high-quality stainless steel, they are lightweight, rust-resistant, and comfortable to hold during extended crafting or plating sessions.

What Made Okunoto Konro Grills / Hibachi Grills So Special?
  • Okunoto konro grills are frequently seen in cooking competitions. Popular in Japanese barbeque restaurants.
  • Uses diatom mud from the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture.
  • Diatom mud is an excellent heat insulator. Walls of the grill are over 5cm thick.
  • When used with binchotan, the heat is high, consistent, and concentrated. Provides an exceptional barbeque experience.
  • Suitable for grilling wagyu, yakitori, fish, vegetables, and various barbeque recipes.

Use and Maintenance
  • Avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. Always grill outdoors in well-ventilated areas.
