  • Secure Detachable Handle: A single, universal handle clicks securely onto both saucepans and detaches easily for space-saving, stackable storage.
  • Induction-Ready Steel: Both saucepans are crafted from durable, quick-heating 18-0 stainless steel, making them compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
  • Embossed Tsuchime Pattern: The unique hammered (tsuchime) pattern on the surface helps to increase surface area and prevent liquids from boiling over.
  • Dual Pouring Rims: Convenient pouring spouts on both sides make for easy, drip-free pouring for both right and left-handed users.

Important Usage Note

These pans are designed specifically for boiling and simmering (e.g., soups, noodles, sauces).

They are NOT suitable for stir-frying or deep-frying. Using these pans for frying may cause deformation or discolouration due to the lightweight nature of the steel.

Care Instructions

  • Handle Safety: The handle is designed to be attached during cooking. Always confirm the handle is securely locked before lifting. Do not shake, swing, or toss the pot while the handle is attached.
  • Hand wash only. Neither the pans nor the handle are dishwasher safe. Wash the handle mechanism with a damp cloth; do not soak it in water.
  • Heat Management: Use low to medium heat. Do not use high heat or allow the pans to boil dry.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft sponge and mild detergent. To remove rainbow discolouration (a normal reaction of stainless steel), clean with vinegar or citric acid.
