River Light Kiwame Nitrided Carbon Steel Induction Wok - 24cm
The Kiwame ('Ultimate') series comes from River Light, a Japanese maker that produces carbon steel pans and nothing else. This 24cm wok is the smallest and lightest in the series: its 14cm base concentrates the burner's heat for fast, high-heat cooking, sized for one to two serves at a time.
The steel is nitrided — a heat treatment that hardens the surface against rust — so the wok is ready to season out of the box and easier to look after than untreated iron.
