You will need: Happycall Double Pans.
Beef cheese wraps are easy to make at home with simple ingredients. You can prepare the wraps with a frypan. In the video, we use a Happycall double pan, which can be used separately or combined for a grilled effect.
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 200g beef mince (or pork mince)
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 2 flour tortillas
- 6 cheese slices
- 150-200g shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Marinade
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
Steps
- Cut potatoes, onions, and capsicum into cubes.
- Boil the potatoes until the center is soft. Combine the potatoes and butter and mash.
- Pour soy sauce and tomato sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Use the double pan as a fry pan by separating it. Heat on medium high. Then add the oil.
- Fry the onions until tender. Then add the beef mince. Once the meat has browned, add the sauce.
- Remove the beef mixture from the heat.
- Use the other half of the double pan and lay the tortilla flat.
- Spread the potato mash. Add the capsicum and cheese slices. Spread the beef mixture on top. Sprinkle the cheese mince evenly.
- Then fold the wrap, close the double pan, and cook over low heat for two minutes.
- The wraps should be lightly grilled on both sides with the cheese melted inside. Enjoy!
