Shipment to overseas customers

We greatly appreciate our overseas customers and their love for My Cookware Australia® products.

While we always strive to serve our customers well, there are certain limitations for international customers, such as shipping and product availability. 

  • We ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. However, international customers cannot check out directly on the website. Please write to hello@mycookware.com.au, and we will provide a shipping quote.
  • Payments can be made through PayPal, ensuring that your purchase is protected by PayPal’s buyer policy.
  • All shipping is handled by Australia Post International Post, generally using Express Post or Standard Post, which are usually available at similar rates.
  • Some products are unavailable for international shipping, such as donabe, rice cookers, grills, and charcoal.
  • Our 30-day free returns policy applies to customers within Australia. For international customers, we ask that you handle your own return shipping. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs for customers outside of Australia.
