The board is constructed with a rigid wood core that prevents warping and reduces weight by approximately 30-50% compared to solid synthetic boards. The surface is antibacterial and designed for hygiene, making it ideal for home kitchens.

Care Instructions
- Dishwasher Safe: Safe for use in dishwashers (Heat resistant up to 90°C).
- Bleach Safe: Noticeable dirt on the cutting board can be cleaned with the appropriate use of bleach.
- No UV Sterilisation: Do not sterilise with ultraviolet rays as there is a risk of discolouration.
- Avoid Heavy Chopping: Not recommended for hard or heavy chopping (e.g., with cleavers or on bones).
- Safety Warning: Stop using immediately if the wood core becomes exposed.
- If the board develops deep scratches, use a Hasegawa Scraper to resurface the board.
