Wahei Freiz Enzo Nitrided Carbon Steel Wok - 30cm
Wahei Freiz Enzo Carbon Steel Wok - 30cm
The Wahei Freiz Enzo Carbon Steel Wok is a 30cm cooking pan manufactured in Japan from domestically forged iron. The carbon steel undergoes an 8-hour nitriding treatment, a process that hardens the surface and increases corrosion resistance without the application of synthetic coatings.
Featuring a 17.5cm wide base and 9.5cm deep walls, this wok provides stability on cooktops and is structured for high-heat stir-frying and sautéing. It is equipped with a natural beech wood handle reinforced with stainless steel to ensure a secure grip during use.

- Wash the pan with warm water and a scrub sponge, but do not put it in the dishwasher.
