Tsubame Sanjo Stainless Steel Slotted Turner - 31cm

This slotted turner is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel — no rivets or joins, so there is nowhere for food to lodge and the whole tool goes in the dishwasher. At 78g, the thin head slides under fish fillets, eggs and pancakes without tearing them, and the slots let oil drain away as you lift.

With no coating to protect, it is safe on carbon steel cookware. Also available in a 2-piece set with the 26cm soup ladle.
