Wahei Freiz Enzo Nitrided Carbon Steel Wok - 32cm
Wahei Freiz Enzo Carbon Steel Wok - 32cm
The Wahei Freiz Enzo Carbon Steel Wok is a 32cm cooking pan manufactured in Japan from domestically forged iron. The carbon steel undergoes an 8-hour nitriding treatment, a process that hardens the surface and increases corrosion resistance without the application of synthetic coatings.
Featuring an 18.5cm wide base and 9.5cm deep walls, this wok provides stability on cooktops and is structured for high-heat stir-frying and sautéing. It is equipped with a natural beech wood handle reinforced with stainless steel to ensure a secure grip during use.

- Wash the pan with warm water and a scrub sponge, but do not put it in the dishwasher.
