This is a 28cm frypan from Neoflam's popular Fika series, known for its minimalist aesthetic, light colour, and wooden handle. It features a forged aluminium body for even heat distribution and is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
The interior has a ceramic-based Ecolon™ non-stick coating. This type of coating is notable for being free of PTFE, PFOS, and PFOA, as well as heavy metals like lead and cadmium.
Important Note on Ceramic Nonstick Cookware
