Saji Thermatec Induction Donabe Japanese Clay Pot - 28cm (Size 9)

The Saji Thermatec Induction Donabe pairs traditional Japanese design with built-in induction compatibility. This large Size 9 clay pot (3.0L, serves four to five) performs on all cooktops, including induction, thanks to its Thermatec technology.

Unlike most induction-compatible donabe that require a separate metal plate, the Thermatec's heating element is integrated directly into the clay base. The seamless design gives even heat distribution for authentic hot pot (nabe), stews, and slow-cooked meals for the whole family on any stove.
