剛火 IH is a Japanese induction heat technology that raises the temperature of the entire inner pot up to 115 degrees, making the rice extra fluffy and tastier.
The specially designed inner pot has 8 layers, protected by SUS430 stainless steel in the exterior layer and double non-stick layers with ceramic coating in the interior. The inner pot has a thickness of 2.55mm.
