Kinka Okunoto Konro Grill - Small 31cm
From the renowned manufacturer Kinka, the 31cm Okunoto Konro is the authentic, artisanal diatomite grill—often known as a hibachi grill in Australia—used by top chefs and featured on local cooking shows.
Sized for intimate gatherings of 2-6 people, this compact grill is hand-cut from solid blocks of diatomite from Japan's Okunoto peninsula and is prized for its unparalleled heat insulation. This superior performance allows charcoal to burn longer while cooking food with exceptional moisture and developing deep, savoury flavour.
