BUFFALO Commercial Pressure Cooker & Canner 35L
Buffalo's 35L stainless steel commercial pressure cooker and canner is a popular model. Stainless steel has a stronger structure and is less likely to deform after use. It is also hard to find a stainless steel pressure cooker of this size for stovetop use.
An optional pressure gauge can be purchased with the pressure cooker. The pressure is adjustable at three levels (see specifications for details).
The pressure cooker and canner is compatible only with commercial cooktops. Because of its size, users may need experience handling commercial cooktops and cookware.
Buffalo has been producing stainless steel cookware for over 50 years. Its stainless steel pressure cookers and canners are designed and manufactured in Taiwan.
