Kinka Okunoto Konro Grill Starter Set - 31cm (Small)

Get everything you need to start authentic Japanese barbecue with the Kinka Okunoto Konro Grill Starter Set. This bundle is built around the authentic, artisanal diatomite grill trusted by top chefs and featured on Australian cooking shows. It is the perfect all-in-one package for bringing the professional hibachi experience home.

The grill is hand-cut from solid blocks of Okunoto diatomite, prized for its incredible heat insulation. This allows the included Miyazaki Hyuga Binchotan charcoal to burn hotter for longer, cooking food with a powerful radiant heat that seals in juices and develops deep, savoury umami. • Diatom mud is an excellent heat insulator. Walls of the grill are over 5cm thick.
  • When used with binchotan, the heat is high, consistent, and concentrated. Provides an exceptional barbeque experience.
  • Suitable for grilling wagyu, yakitori, fish, vegetables, and various barbeque recipes.
