Ise Mizu Donabe Konro Grill - Size 10 - Khaki

This grill uses a traditional water jacket—an outer clay pot that you fill with water—to act as a natural insulator, providing a cooler outer body and a stable, moist heat.

The gentle, humid heat is excellent for grilling delicate foods like seafood and vegetables, preventing them from drying out. This Size 10 model is sized for groups of 2–4 people.

What's Included:

• Donabe Grill Body (Size 10): The main Japanese clay pot with a khaki glaze.
• Diatomite Trivet: Sits inside the grill to hold the hot charcoal.

How It Works

1. Pour water into the outer grill body, up to the inner ridge.
2. Place the diatomite trivet inside the grill, ensuring it sits above the water level.
3. Add hot binchotan charcoal onto the trivet (approx. 0.5-1kg).
4. Place the grill mesh on top and begin grilling.
