Nagatsuka Charcoal Starter Pan
Nagatsuka Charcoal Starter Pan - Made in Japan
The Nagatsuka Charcoal Starter Pan lights dense binchotan over a gas burner. Binchotan's density makes it slow to ignite; the pan's perforated base gives the flame direct contact and steady airflow, bringing the charcoal to a glowing red in 10–15 minutes. For step-by-step instructions, see our guide to safely lighting binchotan charcoal.
What's Included
