The 'Kiwame' (Ultimate) series is the culmination of over 70 years of specialised craftsmanship from a company dedicated to producing the finest carbon steel pans. This extra-large 33cm wok is a professional-grade tool perfect for entertaining and cooking for large families.
This wok undergoes a special nitriding heat treatment, creating an extremely hard, rust-resistant surface that is ready to season. It features a long wooden handle for tossing and a helper handle for stable lifting. It is available as a standalone wok or as a set with a Happycall self-standing lid.

Seasoning & Care
Like all carbon steel cookware, this wok requires seasoning to build up a natural, non-stick patina. The nitriding treatment provides an excellent base, making the seasoning process easier. For detailed instructions, please see our comprehensive user guide.
- Hand wash only with a soft sponge and warm water. Avoid harsh detergents.
- Dry the wok immediately after washing, preferably over heat, to prevent rust. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil before storing.
