Awasaka Kotohogi Red & Blue Geometric Deep Plate - 23.5cm

The Awasaka Kotohogi Red & Blue Geometric Deep Plate draws on the celebratory tradition of Japanese Aka-e (red painting) ware. An intricate red and blue lattice pattern is interspersed with auspicious red medallions, each containing the gold character for Fuku (good fortune), creating a festive and visually striking design with deep cultural resonance.

At 23.5cm in diameter with a 5cm depth, the plate contains sauces and ingredients with ease, making it well suited to curry rice, pasta, salads, and braised dishes. The combination of traditional patterning and a practical modern form brings a celebratory character to everyday meals.
