Our Japanese-style wrapping service transforms your order into a beautifully presented package — high-quality paper featuring traditional motifs of florals, fans, and classic geometric patterns, tissue lining to protect fragile pieces, and a coordinating ribbon finish.
$4.90 per gift wrap — one beautifully wrapped box. Our team selects the right box size for what you've bought and combines multiple items into a single box wherever they fit. Wrapping for multiple recipients? Simply add this service to your cart once for each gift.
Before You Order — Please Read
1. Not all items can be gift wrapped. Look for the "Gift wrapping available" note on the product page. Larger items such as rice cookers and konro or hibachi grills cannot be wrapped due to their size or original packaging.
2. Want only some items wrapped? If your order contains both gift items and self-purchases — say, 10 items but only 5 are gifts — please leave a note in the order instructions at checkout telling us which items to wrap. Alternatively, email us after placing your order, or place your gifts as a separate order.
3. Need more than one box? Each gift wrap covers one box (largest 43.5 × 31 × 15 cm — roughly wok-size). If your items won't fit in a single box, we'll contact you before dispatch — you can either add another gift wrap ($7.90 per additional box) or have your order split differently.
How to Add Gift Wrapping
- Look for the "Gift wrapping available" note on eligible product pages.
- Add this Gift Wrap service to your cart — once for each gift / box you'd like wrapped.
- Include your personalised gift message in the order instructions field at checkout — we'll add it to a card inside the package.
- We'll choose the right box, wrap with care, and include a gift invoice that shows the contents without any pricing.

What Can Be Wrapped
- Yes: Woks, donabes, dinnerware sets, sake sets, mugs, knives, and most small to medium cookware.
- No: Rice cookers, hibachi and konro grills, and other large or pre-boxed items.
