Benriner Mandoline Slicer

Benriner Replacement Flat Blade

A genuine replacement flat (straight) blade for the Benriner Professional Mandoline Slicer 95mm (Super Benriner No.95) and the Jumbo No.120. This is the main slicing blade that produces plain slices; the julienne cuts come from the separate toothed blades.

Not compatible with the 64mm mandoline. Check the width of your slicer before ordering.

Care

The edge is extremely sharp — handle by the ends only when removing, fitting or washing. Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent, dry thoroughly, and store away from other utensils. Not dishwasher safe.
