Cooking chopsticks (saibashi) are the Japanese kitchen's all-purpose tool — turning, whisking, plating and lifting where tongs are too clumsy. This Freiz set pairs a 33cm pair for deep pots and frying, where the extra length keeps hands clear of the heat, with a 27cm pair for everyday prep and serving.

Both are natural bamboo: light, heat-safe, and soft enough to use on nonstick and coated cookware without scratching.
