The Pearl Life Kakigori Manual Ice Shaver brings the beloved summer festival treat of kakigori — fluffy Japanese shaved ice — into the home kitchen. The hand-crank stainless steel blade shaves ice into fine, snow-like flakes ready to be topped with syrups, condensed milk, or fresh fruit, just as served at Japanese summer festivals.
Finished in classic festival colours with the traditional 氷 (ice) flag emblem on the front, the shaver works with both the included 250ml ice-making cup and regular loose ice cubes. The open base fits a serving bowl directly beneath the blade, catching the shaved ice as you crank — a fun and nostalgic summer activity for children and adults alike. Made in Japan by Pearl Life.

Care Instructions
- Hand wash all parts with mild detergent — not dishwasher safe.
- Do not sterilise with boiling water.
- Dry thoroughly after washing before reassembly and storage.
- Handle the blade with care when cleaning.
- Hold the body and lid steady with one hand while turning the crank.
- Fill the ice-making cup to approximately 80% capacity before freezing.
