Endo Shoji Stainless Steel Turner

The Endo Shoji turner is a wok turner with a wide teardrop blade, curved to follow the wall of a wok so it scoops and flips cleanly along the pan. The thin stainless steel blade slides under food without bending, and the wooden handle stays cool over high heat. It comes in two sizes — 37.4cm and 40.1cm.

A stainless steel turner has no coating to protect, so it can be used freely on carbon steel woks and frypans.
