One lid for four pan sizes. Made in Japan with a stepped stainless steel rim that seats cleanly on 24, 26, 28 and 30cm cookware — so a single lid replaces four in your drawer. The tempered glass window lets you watch food cook without lifting and losing heat, and the natural wood handle stays cool to the touch.

Unlike flat-rim lids that perch awkwardly on iron pans, the stepped profile clears the raised "up-handles" found on Japanese iron frypans, sitting securely without rocking. It also stands upright on its own when set down mid-cook — no greasy bench, no dripping handle.

Care

  • If the wood looks dry over time, a light wipe with food-safe mineral oil restores it.
