Pearl Life Tonkatsu Resting Rack - 20cm (Half-Round)
A half-round wire rack that sits on the serving plate under tonkatsu, tempura, karaage or prawn fry. It lifts the food clear of the plate so excess oil drains away and the crumb stays crisp instead of turning soggy underneath.
The half-round shape fills one side of a round plate, leaving room for shredded cabbage, rice or a wedge of lemon — the way tonkatsu is served in Japan.
What's Included
- 1 x Pearl Life Tonkatsu Resting Rack - 20cm (Half-Round)
Key Features
- Keeps Fried Food Crisp: Raises food off the plate so oil drains and air circulates underneath.
- Half-Round Shape: Sits on one side of a round plate, leaving space for garnishes.
- Low Profile: Just 1.5cm high, so it sits neatly under the food without looking bulky.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent after use.
- Dry thoroughly straight after washing — the rack is chrome-plated iron, and damaged plating can rust.
- Avoid abrasive scourers, which can scratch the plating.
