Important Usage Note
This pan is designed specifically for boiling and simmering (e.g., soups, noodles, sauces).
It is NOT suitable for stir-frying or deep-frying. Using this pan for frying may cause deformation or discolouration due to the lightweight nature of the steel.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash only. Do not use in the dishwasher, as harsh detergents can damage the wooden handle.
- Handle Maintenance: The natural wood handle is attached with a screw. It is normal for the wood near the pan to darken slightly from heat. Please check the screw periodically and tighten it if it becomes loose.
- Cleaning: Use a soft sponge and mild detergent. To remove rainbow discolouration (a normal reaction of stainless steel), clean with vinegar or citric acid.
