Aux Leye Stainless Steel Gassiri Tongs - 26cm
The Gassiri Tongs put two different heads on the one utensil. One arm is a solid spoon for scooping sauce and serving, while the other is slotted, so it grips food securely and lets liquid drain away.
They are formed from a single piece of stainless steel in Japan's Tsubame-Sanjo region, with no joints or rivets to trap food. The arms keep their spring, so the same tool handles turning meat in a pan, lifting pasta and serving salad.
