Buffalo IH Stainless Steel Rice Cooker - 10 Cups (BRC02)
The BRC02 is Buffalo's 10-cup induction-heating (IH) rice cooker with an uncoated 304 stainless steel inner pot — no nonstick coating to wear or flake. IH heats the whole pot rather than just the base, and Buffalo's BoilSteam cycle boils the rice first, then finishes it by steaming in the stainless basket above. It cooks from 2 cups up to 10 cups (160 ml Buffalo cup).
Beyond rice, the menus cover congee, soup, steam, stew and braise, with a 24-hour preset timer and keep-warm adjustable from 40 to 98°C. Also available in a 5-cup size (BRC03).

Does Rice Stick to a Stainless Steel Inner Pot?
Uncoated stainless steel needs one extra step: when cooking finishes, leave the rice on Keep Warm for 10–15 minutes, then fluff it through from the bottom. Care Instructions
- The stainless steel inner pot, steamer basket, and removable inner lid are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the exterior and interior with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit.
