Care Instructions

  • Before first use, soak the mug in clean water for 5–10 minutes to allow the unglazed clay base to absorb moisture and reduce staining.
  • Hand wash promptly after use with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly before storing to prevent odours or mould.
  • For deep stains from coffee or tea, soak in a solution of water and baking soda.
  • Dishwasher and microwave safe, though hand washing is recommended to best preserve the finish.
  • Not suitable for use in an oven or on direct heat.
  • As this is artisanal pottery, please expect minor imperfections and slight variations in colour and shape. Some natural staining and colour change over time are part of the mug's character.
