Oda Pottery Mount Fuji Sauce Plate - 11cm - Light Blue

The Oda Pottery Mount Fuji Sauce Plate captures Japan's most iconic mountain in a small, functional table piece. A raised relief of Mount Fuji's peak offers a dedicated spot for wasabi or ginger, while the gentle slopes guide soy sauce to pool naturally around the base — forming a miniature landscape as you dine.

Finished in a soft light blue glaze, the plate is well suited to sushi, sashimi, and gyoza, and pairs naturally with the Mount Fuji chopstick rests for a coordinated table setting.

Founded in 1921 in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture — at the heart of the Mino ware region — Oda Pottery carries a proud century-long legacy of Japanese craftsmanship. Mizunami, together with the neighbouring cities of Tajimi and Toki, flourished as a centre of Mino ware, known for its diversity of materials and techniques. For over 100 years, Oda Pottery has continued this tradition, creating refined white porcelain tableware that reflects the skills and artistry passed down through generations.
