The Tsubame Sanjo Adapter Ring seats a bamboo steamer level and stable on your wok or pan, holding the bamboo off the hot metal and above the water line. Made in Tsubame-Sanjo from food-grade stainless steel, with a 15cm central opening for steam. Choose the ring to match your pan, not your steamer. This listing is for the ring only — the bamboo steamer is sold separately.

How to Use

1. Add water to the wok or saucepan.
2. Set the ring level over the cookware and check it is stable.
3. Place the steamer on top and bring the water to the boil.

Safety

• Heat: The stainless steel becomes very hot — always use oven mitts.
• Not for non-stick: Do not use on non-stick woks or pans.

Care Instructions

• Cleaning: Dishwasher safe. Alternatively, hand wash with warm soapy water.
• Maintenance: Dry thoroughly before storing to maintain the stainless steel finish.
