It prevents the bamboo from scorching while directing steam through a 15cm central opening. Manufactured in the Tsubame-Sanjo region of Japan, it is constructed from durable, food-grade stainless steel.

How to Use

• Preparation: Add water to your wok or saucepan first.
• Positioning: Set the adapter ring level over the cookware. Ensure it is stable before proceeding.
• Steaming: Place the bamboo steamer on top and bring water to a boil.

• Stability: Ensure the ring and steamer sit properly and remain completely stable. Do not proceed if the setup feels unbalanced or tilted.
• Heat Protection: Always use oven mitts; the stainless steel becomes extremely hot during use.
• Compatibility: Not suitable for use on non-stick woks. Recommended for use with our Pearl Life bamboo steamer.
