Pearl Life Bamboo Steamer (21cm / 24cm / 27cm)
The Pearl Life Bamboo Steamer is a traditional Japanese-style steamer (seiro) for nikuman, shumai, gyoza, steamed vegetables and chawanmushi — and it handles yum cha favourites like bao and dumplings just as well. Unlike a metal steamer, the bamboo lid absorbs excess steam instead of dripping condensation back onto your food, so buns stay fluffy and dumpling skins stay intact.

Steamers Stack
Cooking for more people? Stack a second or third basket of the same size and steam several layers at once — the lid goes on top.
Setting It Up
The basket needs to sit level, above the water. On a straight-sided pot of the same width it rests on the rim. On a wok, use an adapter ring — it holds the basket level and keeps the bamboo off the hot metal. Choose the ring size to match your pan.
