The aluminium grill plate features a fluorine resin coating to help prevent food from sticking and make cleaning easier. The grooved cooking surface allows excess fat and juices to drain into the lower tray, while adding water to the tray helps reduce smoke during grilling.

Care Instructions

• Always add water to the lower tray before use. This helps reduce smoke and allows dripping fat to be collected safely.
• Allow the grill plate and tray to cool completely before cleaning or moving.
• Separate the grill plate from the base before washing.
• Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent.
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers, metal utensils and harsh cleaners that may damage the fluorine resin coating.
• Do not use in a dishwasher, microwave or oven.
• Use only with a compatible portable cassette gas stove.
