The larger 1.9L carafe for a table of guests: all-stainless, with a vacuum liner rated at 66°C after ten hours. Pinch the stopper to release it, press once to pour, and brew straight into the wide mouth from most drippers.

*Heat retention is measured to the Japanese industry standard: water at a starting temperature of 95°C in a 20°C room. Real-world performance depends on how full the carafe is — filled to the line it holds temperature far longer than half-empty, because the air gap loses heat. Pre-warming the carafe with hot water before filling adds further hours.
