Adam Liaw Everyday Noritake Dinnerware Set - Aemyu - 12-Piece

Aemyu is the amber finish in the Adam Liaw Everyday range — a deep, glossy brown carried right across each piece, where the rest of the range is white. Every piece is hand-dipped, so the depth of colour shifts slightly from one to the next.

The shapes and sizes are identical to the white Everyday pieces, so the two mix on the same table: amber bowls sitting on white plates, or the other way round. Against food, the darker glaze gives pale dishes such as rice, tofu and steamed fish something to sit against.

This set covers a table of four, with the 21cm plate sized to cover the 17cm bowl as a lid for the fridge, the steamer or the microwave.

About the Adam Liaw x Noritake Collaboration

The Everyday series is a collaboration between Australian cook and author Adam Liaw and the Japanese tableware maker Noritake, founded in 1904. It brings Adam's approach to everyday home cooking together with Noritake's porcelain manufacturing.
