Use & Care
  • Yukihira guide: How to use and care for your Yukihira pan.

  • Preheat: The secret to stainless steel — heat the pan first, add oil, and let it get properly hot before food goes in. Food releases cleanly when the pan and oil are hot enough.
  • Cleaning: Warm soapy water and a soft sponge. For stubborn marks, a stainless steel cleaner works well.
Good to Know
  • Choosing the right pan: Yukihira pans are deliberately thin and lightweight — made for soups, stews and simmering, not frying. Hybrid pans handle everyday frying once properly preheated.
  • Marks are normal: Rainbow heat tint and white water marks are natural to stainless steel, not a defect — a splash of vinegar or a stainless cleaner lifts them off.
