Hasegawa Double-Sided PE Cutting Board - FBW Series
The Hasegawa FBW Series offers a high-performance cutting surface in a lightweight, economical design. Unlike the wood-core series, the FBW is constructed from solid layered Polyethylene (PE). This provides a blade-friendly surface that helps preserve knife sharpness while offering the durability required for daily kitchen use.
This board features a reversible two-tone design (White and Beige), allowing you to dedicate specific sides to different food groups to prevent cross-contamination. Please note that as this board does not contain a stabilising wood core, it is not dishwasher safe and must be hand washed.

Care Instructions
- Hand Wash Only: Wash with warm soapy water. Do not use in a dishwasher, as high heat will cause the solid plastic to warp.
- Bleach Safe: Safe for use with bleach for occasional deep cleaning and stain removal.
- Heat Resistance: Suitable for temperatures up to 80°C (but avoid prolonged exposure).
- Knife Care: Avoid using with heavy choppers or serrated knives to prevent deep scratching.
