Miyama Japanese Tableware

Miyama Haas Soy Sauce Plates - 12.5cm - Celadon Green & White - 2-Piece

The Miyama Haas Soy Sauce Plate embodies simplicity and grace in a small, considered form. The gentle, petal-like shape is reminiscent of a lotus flower, while subtle concentric rings on the interior are designed to pool soy sauce or dipping sauces beautifully at the centre of the dish.

At 12.5cm, each plate is well sized for soy sauce, dipping sauces, condiments, and small appetisers alongside sushi, sashimi, and dumplings. This pair includes one plate in Celadon Green and one in White — a complementary pairing that suits both casual and considered table settings.

Use & Care
  • Care guide: How to care for handmade Japanese tableware.
  • Microwave & dishwasher: Most of our tableware handles both, but pieces with gold or metallic accents should stay out of the microwave — check each product page.
  • First use: A quick wash in warm water is all new pieces need.
  • Stacking: Place a cloth or paper between stacked pieces to protect glazes from scratching.
  • Stubborn stains: A soak in warm water with a little baking soda lifts tea and coffee stains gently.
